Indices and Negotiations Training – IMEC
IMEC can train and coach client teams on how to use material indices to negotiate and manage material prices and establish contract management to execute a specific indexing project with a supplier. This includes an analysis of purchasing data, negotiation preparation training, ongoing management of contracts training, terms and conditions training, and follow-up execution support.
