The CEJA Clean Energy Contractor Incubator is a state-funded initiative that supports the development and growth of small, minority, and equity-eligible businesses in the clean energy sector.

The incubator provides technical assistance, industry-specific training, and business advising to help contractors gain the certifications, licensing, and capacity needed to compete for clean energy projects.

Participants also receive support in accessing capital, navigating procurement opportunities, and connecting with industry partners, positioning them for success in Illinois’ growing clean energy economy.
